I completed my first lower service today and it was all thanks to this video! My fork feels like butter now. Thanks for putting such easy to follow content out to help us. I hope you publish one for a full service next. T-50 hrs until I’ll need it. 😉 keep up the great work!

FYI for people that buy a 2022, late 2021 model..
Apply some heat before trying to do a travel change, DVO adds a lot of loctite and its super hard to take apart.

So, this is a very good and detailed video, but I was wondering, would the one leg not have more oil in it than the other because there was oil in the syringe's tube? Pretty sure that isn't included in the volume measurement of the syringe, but I'm also not sure how much liquid the tube holds or if it is enough to make a difference. Would appreciate some thoughts.

I just did the lower leg service on my Onyx and the air shaft side had a ton of grease on it, while the damper shaft had none. Same as you there was barely any oil coming out of the air shaft side, I think it was mostly grease with some oil. The damper side had a fair amount of oil. From this video and the service manual, they make no indication that any grease needs to be used on that area.
I put in 25cc of oil in each leg and put it back together.
