    I've been doing these and Superman's for a week...big difference already. Neck still is forward a little bit.

    i have a muscle knot or pinched nerve above my left collarbone its very hard when i turn my head right it feels like a superhard thick guitar string when i relax it become a bit soft when i tense up it becomes rock solid again, past two weeks it was burning and the past 2 days i haven't felt anything but my trapezius also feels very tense, i can't do the chin tuck backwards i can do the wall angel it feels very good and i can feel the blood rushing maybe i have low blood pressure yesterday i got tension headache

      Pt had me doing this lying on my back on the floor, as I couldn’t do it well standing up against the wall d/t pain in shoulder. Hope that helps.

    My wrist is getting bend...it’s not touching the wall....how many days will it take for my wrist to touch the wall..kindly reply

      It won’t be an overnight thing. This is a mobilization drill and can take weeks to months sometimes to get ROM restored. But it still depends on many other factors as well. I would continue to add this in your routine and see where you are in a few months! Have fun!

      @@MovementEveryday i mean my hands cant touch the wall, and i have this constant cracking from my left shoulder while doing shoulder up workout, its not painful. i wonder if this lack of mobility?

      Just work at it, mobility can be restored certainly but just depends on what’s going on. I’ve seen and treated people who couldn’t do this at all but slow and surely restore the range of motion over time on top of many other things!
