We all want a cleaner Philippines, and the river is such a huge problem. Thanks to the commission, environmental experts and specially the thousands of volunteers who have made the contribution to clean Pasig River. We are all watching the progress as well here in the US.
And equally, curse those who polluted it in the first place.

No need for birth control. There is too many consenting adult sex, resulting to single parent with several children from different spouses. These situation started when OFW men/women became separated to go work abroad. Parents who have children and separated must pay child support until the child reach 18 y.o.
Sa lawak ng pasig river, it is so difficult to clean it manually. Suggest to use barge mounted rotary screen equipment powered by diesel or electric generator. Sobra ang dami ng basura at water lily sa pasig river. I hope my suggestion could help in cleaning metro manila.
Kasalanan yan nang mga taong nagtatapon nang mga basura sa ilog! Nakakahiya kayo! Diyan kayo nakatira dapat magkaisa kayo ah!
GET RID ALL THE SQUATTERS AND RELOCATE THEM OUTSIDE METRO MANILA WHERE THEY CAN LIVE DECENTLY.

Turn it into "floating garden plots" made out of square screens pens, and plant variety of vegetables and plants they will thrive here, because the water is full of nutrients from solid wastes and debris. Instead of turning it to the biggest toilet and landfill in the world, why not create floating gardens for the benefit of the people. Need a captain to educate these squatters.

Yong Kapitan ang mag assign bawat araw ng bantay para naman may pakinabang sa kanila na pinapasweldo .Kung sino ang makitang magtapo o mahuli siya ang paglinisin sa buong community

Johnny Depp Hindi ako Bisaya pero ako ang nasaktan para sa sinabi mo sa kanila. Napansin ko rin naman na may mga taga-Manila din akong kilala na nagtapon ng basura nang basta basta dito sa tabi ng Sampaloc Lake. May mga taga dito rin mismo samen ang nagtatapon din nang basta basta. Hindi naman lahat ng taga dito o taga Manila ay ganyan. Hindi rin lahat ng Bisaya ganyan. Hindi rin lahat ng Batangueno ganyan. Maging ang iba ay hindi rin. Ilonggo man, Ilocano, Bulakeño o Caviteño. Wala yan sa pinanggalingan. Nasa tao yan at sa kung paano siya nahubog.
