Madhusmita Sahoo joined ABG right after her engineering. In her long journey spanning over two decades Madhusmita has seen many ups and downs.
She shares her experience with us while we were at the smelting factory of Aditya Aluminium, trying to understand how Alumnimum is manufactured and made into varied products.
Like the long journey of aluminum, Madhushmita shares her journey with us talking about her different roles, how she became the first women manager at the plant and how she handles pot room operations now, a crucial part of the aluminum production.

Great to see her in this video. She was my batchmate in Engineering in 1993-1997 where very few women have taken the difficult path of engineering. Infact where most of other batchmates choose software and less physically demanding roles, wonderful to see Madhusmita has taken the path less taken and succeeded. We are proud of you Madhusmita.
