It's been six years so I don't know if this comment will reach you or not.. but mam thank you for this recipe.
With just 1.5 tbsp oil it's ideal for my Lunch chicken and rice during my diet. Absolutely loved the flavours. I am going to make this at least twice every month

I spent a crazy amount of time on You tube viewing many videos on the topic of how to make Curry Leaf Chicken, and ultimately, I decided on your recipe because yours called for a larger quantity of curry leaves than others. I am so very glad that I did. The food was so delicious. This was my first time using curry leaves. I live in a very rural area in the south so I had to order them at Amazon. I will order more curry leaves tomorrow because I want to make this dish again. Thank you.
