Moyu prove time after time that fancy gizmos and settings are not needed for good cubes... I actually love my RS3M2020(maglev'd), its a beast cube now that its converted, my main is the WRM V9 Ballcore UV, and my next conversions to maglev is my charity event cubes...GTS3M(3 to be converted soon!) I think Gan would need to produce a miracle for me to even try them again.

The rs3m v5 is just the perfect cube for me. Out of the box it's fast and a bit uncontrollable and lacking on corner cutting. I tried to break it in and setup the cube with gravitas, dignitas, 1 drop of mystic and 2 drops of dnm and boom, it fits me so well. It has the stability of ys3m and it's like a v9 but the better version of it. Easily replaced my ys3m as my main. Broke my pb ao50 and ao100 in just the first day I got the cube. I love it!

Should I get the maglev or ballcore one
@@GenericName_. ballcore. Maglev alone itself is just too fast. Ballcore makes the cube more stable and better overall.

The V5 is the first RS3M that I've really loved since the 2020

The v5 is so goated, best out of the box experience I’ve ever had. With setup, it’s on par performance wise with my main (GAN12), but I still prefer the 12 just because it is tactile but not clacky or cheap feeling. That being said, I strongly believe this is the best moyu cube released in 2023 (besides super weilong i don’t have that). I’ve used the ys3m, super rs3m and wrm v9 a LOT and the b5 is goated. Feels way lighter than any moyu cube, the size (55.5mm) is perfect for me, and it’s a super unique feel, somewhere in the middle of GAN12, YS3M and GuHong pro. Best cube in it’s price range, and don’t worry the corner cutting gets a LOT better just with a bit of setup. I didn’t even loosen the screws, just tightened tensions a bit and lubed it and it’s a delicious cube. Blows the weilong v9 out of the water

Hello, i want to buy some things on thecubicle but whwn i got to the shippment methods i realised something weird the cheapest shipping costed 70$ whitch made kind of sence (I live in Germany and the Produks wold arrive in just 2 Days), but I dont want to pay 70$ for shipping and when I tryed buing less things there was the same Shipping method for just 30$ (its called DHL Express Worldwide) and anotherone, which only costed about 7$ but would take way longer.
I dont really care about how fast the products arrive (everything before christmas would be fine), but I dont want to pay more than around 20$ for it.
Could you explain why the shippmet is so expensive and if there are cheper options?

It's probably a coincidence but the day I switched to this cube from my Guhong Pro, my average dropped from 16.50 to 15.
We live in a world where a cube starting at $9 gets more praise than an $88 cube

The Super V2 always gets slated as being a great cube but the price was way too high (aside from the fact that it was better than any GAN cube and you could buy two or three V2's for every GAN cube.)
But it must have been an American thing as the Super V2 ballcore was not expensive over here in the UK.
The standard was £12,99 the Maglev was £18,99 and the Ballcore was £27,99.
Being so cheap was one of the reasons why I bought the ballcore as my first speed cube when I got back into cubing after not using a cube for nearly 20 years.
The second (and third) cubes I got were the GAN 12 and 13 Maglev and the V2 was nearly as good as the GAN 12 but not as good as the 13.
Which was my main until I bought the WR M V9 and that is now my main and the best cube I've ever felt by a long way.
I even bought a GAN 356 X V2 to use outside when I have appointments (I love the clacky and smooth feel of the GAN V2 with loe GES settings and the highest tube magnets lol

This one is an improved v9, more stable a bit blockier, the corner cutting is a bit lacking ootb but after breaking in and setting up with angstrom, this cube is phenomenal. The magnets are also just right, feels like a larger and improved v9 overall. It's my main now

Should i buy this over the rs3m 2020 ??
If you want a budget, good, flexible, dual-ajustment, super smooth feeling, weak magnets, buy the RS3M, if you want a faster RS3M, stronger magnets, faster turning buy the RS3M V5 or YS3M (Get the ball core UV, there's no reason to get the others version).
And don't buy the RS3M 2021 Maglev, it's just not a good deal. Even sub 8 cubers prefer the RS3M 2020.
the 2020 is irrelevant, im gonna assume ur looking for a 10$ ish cube so go for the standard rs3m v3, the one with the adjustment system
Yes definitely. That cube is basically the rs3m 2020 but updated to modern tech and performance (from what i understood in this video)

Watching Jesse solve was so weird for me. I can't say much about his look ahead, but it certainly looks like he spams TPS and solves each case individually. At least half of his solves had U turns to recognize PLL, and he still averages 9.00.
