Spectrum is 1 command point and can have doppelganger, merchant is 4 command points, cant even carry anti-matter reactor and even if expand has only 2×3 weap slot I mean in pvp in pve, in every situation you have better choises how to spend your command points...

@@yuridc1780 +20 reactive armor gives +1.5k armor or smth so I used it, I dont personally like armored cells so maybe because that lol ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
