  • @sadhusehrawat9501
    @sadhusehrawat9501 Před 3 lety +1

    I have one question Harsh if you could clarify. As business continuity and disaster recovery is important for almost every business, everyone will choose the regions with availability zones. Correct!
    1. Isn't most of the regions (without AZ) will remain unused?
    2. Isn't the load on availability zone will be more?

    • @sandeepnegi4939
      @sandeepnegi4939 Před 3 lety

      1. no , it is not like that those regions will not remain unused, we can do like create VPN in one region and can pair them with vpn in another region'

    • @harsharena
      @harsharena  Před 3 lety

      Good question. Microsoft has a Capacity Team continuously monitoring the resource structure in all Availability Zones datacenter; even the load increases, they’ll keep increasing the capacity per requirement. I hope it helps to clarify your queries

    One question:
    Can we consider Availability Zones as backup of our primary datacenter?

    • @harsharena
      @harsharena  Před rokem +1

      Good question: Not exactly but it does help you in the high-availability of your infra, not data.

    Hi Harsh, I have one question:
    As you have said that we should create our VM based on the region which is nearby to our location so to have very good performance and decrease latency as much as possible.
    But since AZ is available in only selected regions, so should we create our VM in only that region which have AZ?
    If yes then won't it increase latency and affect our performance?
    If no then how we can give AZ services if customer is asking for it. If he is living in different region and AZ is in different region
    Also, why there is no AZ in every regions, why it is available in only selected regions?
    Kindly can u explain this with some example

    • @harsharena

      I think to recover data, we better go for Azure Backup and Recovery services. Availability Zones are mainly used for Datacenter Disaster situation. Hope, this helps to clarify your query

      When you book the exam online, make sure you choose "At Home or Office" option. Another thing keep in mind that, we must have at lest 1 Mbps Upload/Download speed. Then follow the exam guidelines and install VueProctor Tool, run it and verify whether you can give exam at home or not. Hope this would help
