🍓材料🍓
・イチゴ　200g
・砂糖　60g
・ゼラチンパウダー　7g
・生クリーム　200g
・レモン汁　小さじ１
※固めの仕上がりになっています。器用な方はゼラチンを5～6gに減らしたほうが食感が良いです。
※動画ではゼラチンパウダーを直接加えていますが、ふやかしてからのほうが作業が楽です。
※半球型は直径7センチのものを使用しました。

・ホワイトチョコレート
・食用色素(赤、青、緑)
・ミルクチョコレート
・生クリーム
・イチゴジャム
🍓Materials🍓
・Strawberry 200g
・Sugar 60g
・Gelatin powder 7g
・Fresh cream 200g
・Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
*It has a hard finish. If you are handy, you may want to reduce the amount of gelatin to 5-6g for a better texture.
*In the video, gelatin powder is added directly, but it is easier to work after it has been soaked.
*We used a hemispherical shape with a diameter of 7 cm.
