白いベーグル生地
・強力粉　210g
・砂糖　30g
・塩　2g
・ドライイースト　2g
・ぬるま湯　110g
黄色いベーグル生地
・強力粉　100g
・砂糖　20g
・塩　1g
・ドライイースト　1g
・かぼちゃペースト　30g
・ぬるま湯　50g
※ケトリング用のお湯は水1Lに対し大さじ1の砂糖orはちみつ

・ミルクチョコレート
・ホワイトチョコレート
生地の分配
・顔・・・白45g×6こ、黄25g×6こ
・耳・・・白35g×2こ、黄15g×2こ
・まゆげ・・・黄15g
・くち・・・白20g
ポイント
※ベーグル生地の綴じ目はしっかりつまんでくっつける
※茹でる時間は短めに
※茹でたらすぐに焼く
※オーブンの予熱は210℃で高温に設定する
※焼き温度は140℃くらいの低温にして、焼き色がつかないように注意する
※焼きはじめの10分くらいはパーツが落ちてこないか見守る
※甘いのが好きな方は砂糖の量を増やしてみてください。その場合生地に焼き色がつきやすくなるので、オーブンの温度を調整したり、アルミホイルを途中で被せて焼いてみてください。

・110g lukewarm water

・Strong flour 100g
・Sugar 20g
・Salt 1g
・Dry yeast 1g
・Pumpkin paste 30g
・50g lukewarm water
*For kettling, add 1 tablespoon of sugar or honey to 1L of water.

*Pinch the seams of the bagel dough firmly to secure them.
*Short boiling time
*Bake immediately after boiling
*Preheat the oven to a high temperature of 210℃.
*Make sure the baking temperature is low, around 140℃, and be careful not to brown it.
*Watch over the first 10 minutes of baking to see if any parts fall out.
