This is an overview of the Tesgo Enterprise Step-through eBike.
Tesgo reached out to me a few weeks ago and wanted a thorough review of their newest ebike: the Enterprise model.
There's some pros and some cons, but here are my honest thoughts on this ebike.
Here are the specs for this ebike:
- 750W Geared Hub Motor
- Max torque 70nm
- 48V 18Ah Battery
- 45-60 Miles/charge
- Up to 18mph (but it goes way faster - check out the video)
- 330lb payload capacity
- 66.2lb total weight
- 20"x4" tires
- Shimano 7-Speed gear shift system
- Front suspension
- Mechanical disc brakes

I got the tesgo hummer s and it has been a great ride. Just picked up the explorer and got an extra battery to cruise the sidewalks of dirty a in the panhandle of Florida
Good review. If I were in Las Vegas or a similar climate, I'd buy it. But I'm in SE Wisconsin so the battery connection makes it a no sale. I'd be riding it on trails and in the winter on nice days, but we have road salt. Very bad for electrical connections.

Great video 😊 just thought i would mention on a folding bike, that kick stand thing like a u shaoe on the very bottom is for whenbyou fokd the bike, it stands on that orotecting the bottom components from touch ground

Yours is the best review I've seen. Looking to buy my first bike. Is that battery in the long run replaceable? And is it easy to remove on a whim due to the fact it is embedded into the seat post. That is the only thing holding me back. But I love the extra seat and the storage options.... Help me decide if the battery situation on this makes the similar RaD bike more appealing. Thanks so much!!
Yeah, the battery is replaceable, but it’s not quick or easy. Don’t go with Rad either.
If folding is what you’re looking for, go with the new Lectric 3.0 - it’s the best folder I’ve ridden.
Nice video, here in the U.K we don't get the big warehouse deals like you guys, which is a shame! Anyway I do have a fat tyre folder and I just love it. Being 67 yrs young it's a great way to enjoy the outdoors, now for the don't like, on all the makes of folder E bikes the front mudguard are always two small and you get covered in sh//// if you're out on a trail some one needs to find a good way to mount a longer one on sprung forks because there is no mounting points for lower stays. Any ideas would be welcome.... mark .
I’ve seen some aftermarket options on Amazon, but not sure if they’re actually longer than OEM.

The difference in price is mainly due to the Tesgo being a 750W motor and larger battery, while Lectric's is only a 500W motor and tiny battery.
but the 3.0 is only 999$ and has a 1000W moter
@@iamcool6618 That's peak wattage it's actually only 500 watt nominal with 55 nm torque so it's lower middle of the pack for torque and power.
Lectric 3.0 is pretty, but its also pretty expensive for the specs. You can get 500 watt with the same specs and more portability for 680$ : example engwe c20 pro.
Not the same? okay but you can also find euy , engwe and a dew other 750 watt companies offer more value than lectric with equally good reviews.
I'm not dissing Lectric is a good bike , they're just hyped up cuz they are good at marketing and advertising.

at this point in your experience with the said enterprise ... has your impression gone upp or down with it's overall delivery of usable service, konsidering they are now asking 1300 for what was previously a mere 1K

Honest opinion is that it’s a great ride but with some obvious design flaws. I’d be hyping this bike all day long if it were a $900 bike. At the $1300 price point there are better options, depending on what you’re looking for. I stand by my review though. The LCD display is really nice and the bike really had nice torque for a rear hub drive.
At the same price point my favorite still is the Troxus Vulcanus, but it’s neither a step-through, not a folding ebike. I did a review on that bike as well.
i really love my Rad Runner i am sorry that you don't care for Rad Runner, i love the paint job on your new bike, i don't like fold up bikes, i have an ebike and its a fold up bike i don't like it were the battery sits at i think were the Rad Runner put there battery at is a way better spot but besides that I'm glad that you like your new Ebike
To be honest fold up is the most practical for us, since we’re in an RV, but I had a full frame Troxus Vulcanus that was so much fun to ride. Our Rad Runner, just didn’t have the ooomph - it sure was pretty though.
I have owned 3 Rad's , they are underpowered , components aren't high quality and they are way over priced than what they should be

Also…does the bike use torque or cadence sensors? Website doesn’t specify.
Lectric is also having a Black Friday sale as are many of the ebike companies.
You should at least put it together and ride it before you start selling it.

Not exactly bait and switch. Tesgo told the the Black Friday deal would be $500 off. I can change the title all I want, but the entirety of the video is me talking about the deal being $500 off. 🤣
Turns out the deal ended up being $300 off. You can try promo code “projecttrek” and maybe get another $50 off, but I’m not sure if that’ll work.
