    HOW TO BECOME AN ATC?
    One has to have a science background and an engineering degree preferably electronics and communication stream. You have to appear for an all India test depending upon vacancies. On clearing the written exam you have to cross two hurdles - voice test and interview.

    Hello, all the ATCs..Whosoever gets to see this, a big Thanks for making our journeys smooth and help us reaching our destinations on time. No doubt it's your job, but then it's a job which helps lakhs of people on a daily basis. From now onwards, it won't just be the pilot and flight crew whom I would be thankful but to the people controlling the movements from the ATC tower too. Jai Hind!

    I have my highest respect to ATC all around the world for taking care of thousands of lives daily. Where I'm from in Australia, being ATC is one of the highest earning jobs (approximately AU$151000 - $191000 a year). But this job is always lacking of employees due to the stressful & high risk nature of the job

    Seeing the real-time faces of the ATC team is really amazing.
    No one knows about them or rather a few know about them but nothing is possible without them and seeing them for the 1st time gives that amazing guaranteed sense of feeling of security and complete satisfaction.
    Really appreciate this video.

    For a passenger like me, ATCs have been a guide for the pilot. They work from behind the curtains. When in an aircraft, you never know how much interaction and how rigorous the communication has been between the ATCs and the crew which ensures timely take off, safe air travel and the landing. It really fascinates me to know what happens behind the curtains. ☺️ ... Thanks for bringing up stories of the ones which are lesser known. Keep it up!

    The most difficult job on earth. You guys keep planes apart from each other. We have seen in movies pilot interacting with ATC but we have never seen ATC people. Great work keep it up guys

      @@ayazahmed27 you have to control all the aeroplanes traffic if you do any minor mistake it can lead to air Collison and thousands of people can die both in Air and land.(& There is big example in India itself,the Dadri Chakri mid air Collison of Air Saudi and Kazakhstan Airways almost 500 died)

    Let me round it up in easy words, it's one of the very sensitive jobs in the world, where you need to be calm and patient and have a cool mind. And mind it Mumbai's chatrapati shivaji international airport is the busiest airport in India which lands and takes off over 1000 flights so give these guys a round of applause for doing their jobs.
