Dr Sina, what are your thoughts on tallow as a base for skin care? I have prepared a body balm using 4 parts tallow to 1 part coconut oil. Now I'm expirmenting with a essential oil combinations. My nephew has psoriasis and the tallow balm has really helped! I happened to add frankincense and sandalwood into his balm. The one I use has lavender, rosemary, carrot seed, and frankincense essential oils. Thank you🙏💖✨

Hey, so I paid for the full pod cast but I would rather watch the full podcast...is there a way to do that?

Yes. If you get an email notification when a new episode posts, there should be a link that allows you to watch them on rumble. I’ve been able to do it and my subscription is through Apple podcasts.

Also, once you have the ingredients to make one thing, you probably have half the ingredients for the next thing.
I make my own skin cream. Started with a pretty standard hand cream for hard working hands, moved on to an every day cream, then one for eczema.
I didn't think the eczema one would be all that good, after all commercial creams have many years of clever people working on them, to improve them etc.....
I've been told by two suffers of eczema, that it is the best cream they've ever used.
