  • Hii and welcome back to another sewing tutorial!
    Today I am teaching you how to make a super cute and easy make-up bag.
    I was using cotton for the lining and main fabric and fusible fleece to make the make-up bag more fluffy( at least I think that's what its called).
    I also used a 30cm long zipper, but you can use whatever length zipper you'd like, you then just would have to adjust the width of your fabric. Fabric dimensions: 32cm wide, 50cm long.
    Follow me on Instagram and please tag me in your finished make-up bags or in your reels!! That makes me so happy to see IG: sewingwithsolana
    If you have any questions send me a message on Instagram, Email or leave a comment.
    Love,
    Ann-Sophie

    Really detailed tutorial but definitely an easier way to make these bags. One tip is to attach the outer and inner fabric at the same time, it reduces the need to cover the raw edges at the end. The fluffy stuff is called either 'Wadding' or 'Fusible Fleece'

      Sorry for the dumb question but do you mean from the start just sew all 3 pieces together (inner, wadding and outer)?

      I think she did it this way because she didn't want the lining fabric to be quilted. It was supposed to be nice and smooth. Most bags like this are the same

    I just made it yesterday and it looks so good! It took me quite a bit of time (like 4h 😅) but this is my first sewing project which I actually can use and looks so good!

    I made this for my friend's birthday, and it turned out absolutely amazing!! I have made a few other projects following CZcams videos, and yours was certainly the best one. It was extremely detailed and easy to follow. It's really cool that you don't need a sewing pattern as well. I can only recommend making this bag, I did it over the course of one evening and my friend loved it. Lots of love, thank u so much for the tutorial!❤

    Hallo! Ich habe meine erste Nähmaschine geschenkt bekommen und möchte jetzt gern deine Bag als erstes Projekt machen. Habe mir jetzt dein Video bis zur Hälfte angeschaut und habe eine Frage:
    Gibt es einen speziellen Grund dafür, dass du beim Annähen des Reisverschlusses in der Mitte immer kurz anhältst und den Verschluss öffnest/schließt, bevor du weiternähst?
    Danke für deine tollen Tutorials, ich freue mich schon drauf, viele deiner Anleitungen nachzumachen 🥰
    Liebe Grüße aus Frankfurt!

    • @tina9289
      @tina9289 Před 5 měsíci +1

      Du kommst sonst nicht mit dem Nähfuss nicht an dem Schieber vom Reißverschluss vorbei. Die Naht soll ja schön knapp genäht sein. 😊

    • @Simone-qu9hk
      @Simone-qu9hk Před měsícem

      Du musst aber nicht die Naht beenden, die einfachere Lösung ist, die Nadel unten im Stoff zu lassen und nur den Nähfuß anzuheben, dann den Schieber an der Nadel vorbei nach hinten bringen und weiternähen
