I approve this list. In terms of just straight up beef pho, Pho Duy is really hard to beat. Whenever I struggle on deciding which pho restaurant to go to, I always ended up going to Pho Duy, then leaving the restaurant as happy man every single time. Hoang Yen is also up there for its crab and fish cake pho. I also like Trung Nguyen Cafe for other interesting flavors of pho, but its taste is on the heavier side and I can see why some people may not be a big fan of it.
Lots of non-famous restaurants with delicious foods, that's what we also visit here in Sydney especially near our place. like to have lots of chili and hoisin sauce in my pho'
