This game genuinely looks fun, its like fall guys, but boxing. I recommend adding different gloves that add a different effect when you connect a punch, and maybe some fun gimics like, the arena tilting and stuff. Im a fan of boxing, but UFC is too grounded for me.

Well done man! Very inspiring stuff - won my subscription! Was wondering, personally in your context, why unreal over unity? I'm sure there are obvious reasons but would like to hear your insight.
    Keep it up man!

Mainly because Unreal has mote features built in and it feels more robust than Unity. But I still love Unity and might go back to it in the future :) Unity is improving a lot lately which is awesome :)

Maybe when you get a critical hit you could add some sort of big comic book style "POW" or "BOOM". Your game has a kinda cartoony style and i think it could fit well.
Edit: Lol just remembered you already played around with that in the last video
Edit: Jeez you even talked about it in this video i feel so stupid now lol

I'm thinking a crit could maybe displayed by changing how the damage text looks like.
An example could be to check out how Maplestory shows damage numbers

When do you implement sound & sound FX? One more idea: How about a commentator talking like:
    „Killer Punch!“
    „You are on a strike!“
    „Epic fight!“

0:48 What kind of features were missing in Unity?
Tried Unity, but only followed tutorials and ended up learning just a little.
Then I recently picked Unreal, just out of curiosity. And it was easier than I thought it would be.
I do miss the coding tho, and the possibility to make mobile games/2d games.
Not sure which one to pick yet.

I’ve had a bit of experience of both, I thought that Unity is easier in the long term. Also unreal engine is hecka slow if you don’t use blueprints sometimes.
