Code Orange is one of the few bands I've heard in the past 5 years that I was actually very impressed with the innovation. specifically, Rabbit Whole. the harmonics in the beginning riff and just crazy. I thought it was a sample at first. very cool group.
Just saw them with Korn on 3/11/22. I'd never heard of them but looked them up once I heard they were opening for Korn. Man this band Is Fucking Awesome!!! I never get to a show early but I did for this one and it did not disappoint!! 🖤 Reba is a beast. I watched her 85% if the show.

Same story here. She is awesome. Her voice and playing brings them up to a higher level.
I could do without the blinding lights from the stage. You couldn’t see them playing. After being blinded by led lights when the lights were off I still couldn’t see due to dilation time of my eyes. I really wanted to see more of her on stage. She should be up front instead of stage left.

Your albums has some of my favorite musical moments ever in any genre. I enjoyed it so much from the first time I heard the record. The “glitchy futuristic power” I don’t know if you know what I mean but this album is in my favorites.

I've been listening to Code Orange a TON lately.
I've always been a strong believer in .....if it sounds cool, who cares if it's not really the way you're supposed to play. If you can get a cool "noise" out of your guitar than DO IT. Whether it's a harmonic, a pick slide, pushing the string onto the pickup......anything. Make a noise and make it musical

Gnarly, this had some great insight just playing those riffs, I'd be interested in seeing Shade do one of these sometime.
Shade did an electronics episode. You not gonna find him doing a guitar episode because he doesn't record guitars on their albums anymore, just occasionally plays live on the old songs.
