3:30 Hank actually got George Jones in the picture driving a lawn mower/tractor? 😂
It's funny if you know that infamous story of George Jones, where his then wife took the car keys so that he couldn't go buy alcohol. Then they later saw him driving back home the side of the highway on a lawn mower with a bag of alcohol. Lol
Mike Judge, who made King of the Hill, had a recent show called "Tales of the Tour Bus" where they told and portrayed that story in a cartoon format. He did a whole episode on the legend George Jones. Lots of wild stories about him.

By the time this video was released Hank was worthy of the Hall of Fame. It took them until 2010 to finally select him and just last Sat night he was finally inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. After a bunch who started out AFTER this song was released. Hank at this time was a 5 time Entertainer of the Year winner. Nobody has done that before or since. Right around this time he released his 50th album. Fifty albums. Pretty much mid career. It's called 5-0. Glad you're enjoying some Hank. He's a true legend. If you haven't yet, react to "Born to Boogie". Another autobiographical song.

Hank Jr. Fell 1000 feet off a mountain in 1973, which he somehow survived! He was severely injured & blinded in one eye, which is why he always wears shades

He does one called "all my rowdy friends have settled down" also. I like it better but it's not a party song. He also does a cover of Tuesday's Gone that is really good

There are several cameos in this video. George Jones riding his lawn mower, Waylon, Willie, Kris, at 3:39 I think that is one of the oak Ridge Boys. 3:53 is George Thorogood at 6:34 Hank Sr. is driving.

My dad has always been a big fan of Hank Jr. Also he was always a part of our home, because he did the intro for football on one of the channels. I don't remember which one. I'm sure those are on CZcams.
