There's a theory that Khaenriah attacked first. If that's true, archons were likely caught of guard. Also it means Khaenriah had prepared it for long

I found it not very realistic, I hardly see ei flying that fast in the main story. she can only fly quite slowly
Remember Ei quickly teleporting to different locations while in boss fight? So it’s not far fetched from her real abilities. She’s literally a god whose martial prowess is still at peak.
