Well if u know science dino latched onto hatchet with his harpoon claws and started to swing hatchet around creating more gravitation pull in the centre causing hatchet to get flung by one or 2 swooshes from the harpoon, and let’s say the car was driving at 30 mph because it’s a high way, so the great mass of hatchet is concentrated on the torso and the torso was on top of the car, but the head wasn’t so that means the car almost doubled in weight with a 3.2 meter quadruped ontop of it, so the speed of the car + the weight is strong enough to even knock over Optimus, also the centre of gravity was focused on the harpoon causing hatchet to be swung into the car at high speed, so in conclusion a very fast and heavy car speeding towards a head the size of a 1.7m human stomach will be enough to blow and rip the head right off
