Why is MB+ on the Total Conversion Mod list? What is converted? Does it change anything besides the more start dates? After The End is an actual total conversion mod and it's super fun.
@@Awesomewithaz yeah wasn’t too sure if to add it or not, but it adds new systems like tributaries, adds all of Asia too, and events and decisions for some characters so I just thought it adds enough to be included in the vote

Prince of Darkness, Shogunate and After the End are all great total conversions too which deserve some love
Princes of Darkness has been a favorite of mine since it became available. Good stuff.

idk if it is just me but that mod is unplayable like i launch the game with it and it crashes.. so i was surprised to even see it on this list
@@KnockoutsKoKings That's probably because it hasn't been patched to the current version of CK3 yet and not the quality of the mod. I mean there was just a fairly large update which historically are known to impact the compatibility of TC mods.
Yeah you need to roll back the steam version, had to keep doing it going between all these mods for this video haha

for me godherja, way of kings, and tales of ireland are just way better than every mod on the top 5 ( probably because they also have/had way more active dev teams and much more content )
I just wish that it had more updates, the last one was months ago and by what the devs say, we will not get anything in a long long time

after the end wasnt robbed, it was one of the most non-experiences ever; theres just a bunch of religions and cultures and nothing more; theres like 15 decisions and half of them dont work, less than 5 special buildings; a very buggy republic system and the in game text has a million writing errors
Seeing as I don’t really know of any Romance of the Three Kingdoms conversion mod, I might have to make one myself (I do not know how to code but I want one so badly that I am contemplating teaching myself how to mod just to do this)

@@SnapStrategytechnically I have actually made a mod before!… but it was a mod that just replaced the entire CK3 soundtrack with Silk Sonic songs. Never posted that on Steam bc I did not want Atlantic Records to sue me into oblivion. 😅
Other than that, outside of CK all I’ve done was make every battle in Pokémon Platinum a Double battle. Making a CK3 total conversion mod seems a bit harder😂. Although maybe I could borrow the Asia Extension’s map design!

I was in the middle of downloading the AGOT mod when I saw you posted this. Don't really care about any big houses, just want to take a tiny one and take over. Also, want to revive the Valyrians once dragons come back.

Its a mod that's just not as popular with people because its so hard to get into, very overwhelming, tons of in depth systems that you need to learn to survive, its extremely hardcore and unforgiving. Also it doesn't really encourage building an empire or kingdom which most people play this game to do. It has a much different playstyle with a massive emphases on hunting down specific characters that are out to get you. @@SnapStrategy
I'm looking forward for the Anbennar mod. It far away from a release date, but it is in eu4 a banger.

Bookmarks + is on this list but Princes of Darkness and After the End aren't.
After the End which is still early beta blows Game of Thrones out of the water so does Godherja. I love Fallen Eagle and More bookmarks though, never played the LotR mod and Elden Kings was ok.

I never have watched GoT. That being said it is certainly deserving of being one of the more impressive mods in terms of art and mechanics brought into the game.

How many mods can be combined in Crusader Kings 3? I mean, I feel like doing a campaign that involves: Aztecs, Japanese, orcs, vampires, werewolves, and elves doing their thing in Europe.

Bro, everyone sleeps on princes of darkness, the amount of detailed systems is insane. I think its just such an overwhelming mod, and completely redefines how you play the game. It really sad to see how many people don't care about it given the insane detail put into the mod, plus its by far one of the most hardcore mods out there. After playing POD going back to vanilla just feels like child's play.

It's honestly insane that ck3 has already overtaken ck2 in just how awesome the modding community is. You don't often see that in modern titles, it's amazing and I love the community ❤

I hate and love elder kings 2- love for obvious reasons, hate because they never update it. They updated it a week before the legends dlc released and now it’s back to being unplayable.

The name of place 5 is a bit misleading... because I really was confused how more bookmarks got so high up in the rankings. But the implementation of east asia and other valuable features might be much more important than the bookmarks itself.
Thats like buying a cheap car and getting a island with a mansion as a free addition...
same as u, when the first time i saw that mod on the workshop, i kinda despise it, just by the name, i did not think twice what that mod actually about, i think the name bookmarks means more bookmarks for placing military since the ori is limited haha

Oh I love the whole Crusader Kings-thing. Here's Paradox shilling the most mid trash for 20 quid each and over there we have two dudes with some free time just dropping whole new games with 200+ new features, completely remade map, characters, outfits, soundtrack, game events and icons for absolutely free.

Elder kings 2 and prince of darkness didn’t arrived in top 5 is a sign that people really don’t know what they are talking about
