Assist me was legit the reason I got so good at certain fighting games. The skits were so amazing and the tips and tools you gave us with each character was just wonderful.
Dr.Doom will always be my favorite just because of Assist me.
I was in high school when I stumbled into the Epic Rap Battles of MvC3 Doom vs Wesker, been with Max since then...I am literally a medical doctor today. Time does fly.

The ERB team used to go after everyone they thought were copying them or doing reactions to their stuff but now that they're independent they really embrace the online community.
I was around at the time. I thought the song was in collab with them. I'm a little annoyed now. I got more respect for them when I thought they wrote it.

What this decade in review shows me is how much Max really played a role during my teenage years and even my college days. The fact I've been a sub and fan since the MVC3/SFIV days. What a ride dood. Thank you for this man, seriously.

These early assists are what brought me to this channel and Max's overall awesome hype aura combined with an amazing personality have kept me coming back for years.

This is where I subbed to you in early 2011 just before the Assist Me videos and my god I still remember how much I rewatched your videos over and over, hell I still have the Doom vs Wesker rap video somewhere in my playlist.

What a throwback. I remember getting into college while being hooked to MvC3, and seeing Max's tutorials. Geez, can't believe it has already been a decade.
I remenber when I first found assist me and wondering for years who Doom was I remember they even made an effort to kept secret for a while and simmons would constantly joke he wasn't Doom in early videos.
These recent review videos are great material for anybody who wants to learn about being a content creator. It's great that Max is reassuring ppl that they may not be very good in the beginning, but keep at it etc...things they need to hear

I will not lie..I found Max and Assist Me from his Doom vs Wesker ERB parody, I found that vid and began watching his other vids on the channel from there..and Benny in no small way kept me around with the cuteness..I still go back and watch some of the Benny focused cute vids for a chuckle.

I remember me and my brother buying Tatsunoko vs Capcom in anticipation of MVC 3. It was the first fighting game we took seriously. I was maybe 10 years old and my brother was around 20. He found Max through the Wesker assist me and we started watching Max until this day. We even watched assist me's of characters we never wanted to play but just because we loved Max's personality. Because of Max, I remember almost making top 8 at my first Killer Instinct tournament at age 13 or so. I almost got to be bodied by Chris G if I had won my last match lmao. It's so wholesome to see this video and honestly well deserved for Max to have his following
I just miss assist me I found out about this show and this is what got me too enjoy max as a character and I finally started watching his streams and video more all because of that one show
