- Join me as I head to Cleethorpes for a ride on The Little Dipper! Located at Mack's Amusements on the sea front, in this video I share on ride footage from this unique roller coaster that's built on the beach. The Little Dipper opened in 1975 and is designed so that it can stay in position on the beach even when the tide comes in!

I am 53 years old and I remember going on the little roller coaster and the big wheel on the beach when I was a small child.
I miss Pleasure Island and they're going to be building houses on it confirmed!
I heard it was lodges and a few restaurants either way it should of been used for more entertainment in the area
But it is in an area that can flood instead of housing sooo it wouldn’t be a smart business move
It’s a shame that it won’t be another theme park however at least the site is finally getting developed
There will be a Lidl there too

I think I first went on that rollercoaster in around 1984. The carriages were a dull, bluish green back then. Even as a child I seem to recall there wasn't much leg room, so how you sit comfortably as an adult is a bit of a mystery.

That beach and that little park are part of my childhood, so many happy memories....And of course the wonderland market 😍😍

Always a good watch but just for info rides have been there years more than since 1975..I visited in 1972 and they had been there many years then..there used to be a 16 car eli wheel there years back too...

Gutted if I known you was passing through our neck of the woods I would of popped and said hello lol such a sad state qith the PI Site but its now confirmed for holiday lodges, hotel and conference centre, lidl supermarket and some leisure units aswell so we won't see a theme park back there for the foreseeable future but God would it be amazing if a major operator located a sitw and developed the next big UK attraction round here it aomething we need back!

Awww you should have come to the Pink Pig in Scunthorpe. Not really a theme park but I can’t help but think you would have enjoyed the Tobagonian/coaster we have there. You currently have to book online to come in but there’s also the added cuteness of animals! And I know how you love your goats lol 😂
Also there used to be another smallish amusement park with a coaster and some rides towards Pleasure Island near where the small train stops at the other end. I remember going on the slide and the mini coaster whenever my grandparents used to tale me down there

Meanwhile, me and my friend gone to the fun park, known as Schwaben Park: This South German Theme Park has been putting itself more and more on the map in recent years with the addition of Wilde Hilde, darkride Azura and this year the new suspended roller coaster Hummel Brummel. Upon arrival at the car park, it immediately becomes clear what a crazy view that, still under construction, gives a new attraction to the park's skyline. The park's headliners are undoubtedly the two roller coasters Force One and Wilde Hilde and the hidden gem darkride Azura, where you can watch a magical water, light and fire spectacle for a few minutes. In addition, there is also a Bobkart, some windmills, a children's roller coaster and a very wet log flume. You should definitely not visit the park for the animals, nor for the automatic puppet show.

Hello shawn, after my trip to oakwood I think megaphobia is not very good at all because in my opinion it is really rough and barely any airtime. Sitting in the back on one of my 4 rides even made my back hurt for the rest of the day. Another reason I dont like it as I believe it is extremely forcless. I would love and appreciate your opinion on this.
