There's a lot of upcoming tutorials on Color Grading Insights. I will be posting once a week. You will be able to learn how to create different film looks, like teal & orange, cross processing, horror film or retro look. We will also have a look at the Fusion tab in Resolve as well as we will touch a bit of a color theory:)

This is an INSANE tool! Crazy they didn't come out with this years ago. Makes it SOOO much simpler to do a sky replacement, assuming you're not looking for a specific looking sky of course..... Awesome🤘
Great Kasia! Such a powerful feature and quite easy to implement. Well explained as usual and straight to the point.
Thank you!

I tried your instructions and they work well on a sky that doesn't darken. I tried it on a timelapse that happened at sunset and when the sky got darker, the mask started receding. At the end, when the sky was much darker, the mask essentially disappeared. What can I do to stop the new artificial sky from vanishing?
Hola.
Interesante. No sabia que tenia ese efecto.
¿Se puede hacer el efecto parallax?
Saludos.
I did it already! Check my previous videos!
But what about when it doesn't do a good job selecting the sky?
This is ok, but how to change slowly from sun to storm is coming above sea or forest ? Thank you
What if you want to add a png or clip instead?
6:20 :D
I was having trouble on 8 bit footage.... not looking nice
Ms, my request, please, could you make a color grading tutorial with the DSLR FOOTAGES?
Will consider!
@@colorgradinginsights thanks 🙏
@@colorgradinginsights Im waiting for it
@@colorgradinginsights I ask this cause I want to put it directly into practice; it's different when you did a tutorial with those expensive footages. I mean the footages which you make a tutorial are the footages coming from expensive cameras, and I personally cant afford.
@@capestranosfilm3047 I get your point, but you should treat your footage as already converted to Rec.709, you also have less of a dynamic range but then it’s all about setting the right exposure when filming, so you don’t have to “fix” too much in post.
