    You know I think he deserve around 7.x score as above because he "answer" all the question with clear, detail, example and complex structure which are mostly used to boost the score.
    What i mean by this is the IELTS does not consider only pronunciation and natural grammar used.
    Native or foreign is not the problem, examiner doesn't test "how well you speak comparing to the native" but IELTS.
    I am not an expert but exemplify as a non-native speaker point of view.

    Guys, some of you may have a misunderstanding of IELTS test, he uses some fancy words and makes an errorless sentence that is enough to give him a good grade. However, he by no means is native nor sounds natural. If one sings a song with a machine, it only marks with your tempo and tune, the good score ain't privilege one to be successful as a singer. However, is it only me that the testing environment is spurious to be done in real-time, probably arranged and practised given that his speaking is unnecessarily pausing, his fluency doesn't match to his ability to create good sentences, wonder all scripts are the only purpose of presenting the example of words and sentences of what 7.5 achievers may speak in a test environment.

    How come questions are too specific (about finance)? These questions cannot possibly answered satisfactorily if you don’t have relevant background. You’ll just end up stuttering or saying something irrelevant.

  • @blessed-osbertinyang5567

    Why is it that when you're analyzing a candidate's performance you slow down and make yourself heard clearly but when you interview a candidate, you speak faster? I would also like to know if a English speaker who wants to go to a non - English speaking country would be expected to write and pass the language of the host country before he can go there? If for instance an English speaker is going to Japan, would it be a requirement of him to pass Japanese before he can go to Japan and work? If not why?
    Anyways, I don't have difficulty understanding your English because, unlike some British English, yours is clear. When I listen to people like Hearn, the boxing promoter, I find it difficult to understand most of what he says. May be it is one of those variance in English language or his accent perhaps.

    • @Aehelp
      @Aehelp  Před 5 lety

      English is the global language, especially for business, that's just the way it is. However, I'm sure that if a person wants to get a job in a Japanese company where it is necessary to speak Japanese then they need to be proficient. I speak slowly during the analyses so that people with a wide range of English abilities can understand me. I speak with natural speed during the interview.
