    Madam khadar wali ji told ferment ambali to the tune of timing of curd formation i.e. 4 to 5 hrs but u r telling to ferment whole night which one is correct?

      Jitana time curd tayar hone me lagtahai utanahi time ambali banane me lagtahai
      To aap dhekhana aapke yahape kitana time me curd tayar hotahai
      Jahapar climate dhanda hota hai vaha jyada time lagtahai jaha garmi jyada hai vaha ka time lagtahai
      Mere yahape mai puri rat lagti hai yane 8 ghanta lagatahai

    Madam soak to 10 hr karna ye to theek hai
    Lekin boil yani pakane ke maximum kitne time tak khane yogya hoga ?

      Jab ham milet ko 8 se 10 ghanta bhigate hai uske bad use pakate hai pakne ke liye 20 se 25 minite lagte hai fir use mittike bartan me kapada lagakar bandhte ahi
      ( jitana time aapke yaha dahi jamne keliye lagtahi utana time use kapade se bandhkar rakhna hai) fir vo dahi jaise jamjata hai
      Mere yaha 8 se 9 ghanteme dahi lagjata hai
      Jab ham 8 se 9 ghate bad kapda kholte hai tab 1 ghante me use finish karna hai

    I think..Ambli should be in liquid form...it should be drinkable...pls confirm it...I may be wrong

      This method is exactly identical to the method shown by Dr. Khadar valli - the millet man of India. This is whole millets amblai and not flour, so it is suppose to be like this only. If you want you can make it more wattery.

    This method is wrong. Ambali should be drinkable and not Eatable..... Better use flour or sooji(millet rawa)

      This method is exactly identical to the method shown by Dr. Khadar valli - the millet man of India. This is whole millets amblai and not flour, so it is suppose to be like this only. If you want you can make it more wattery.
