- In this video, i took on the Sushi Express Eating Challenge! The challenge is to finish as many plates as you possibly can on the conveyor belt in 50mins!
The current record is 116 plates set by my friend in Taiwan, check this video out to see if i can set a new record!

I am not some professional competition eating guy, but I see no problem with 90 plates of 1-2 pieces of sushi.
But then again... radishes... and other garnish... I don't think that stuff would sit well with me for long.
I'm sure they are making bank off all the people who attempt this and get to like 60-70 plates before tapping out or running out of time.

True Patrick. Most plates are 2 pieces of sushi and it's hard to kinda wait for what you wanna eat. You kinda need to eat whatever sometimes as you're racing against time also

I have been to a place simliar to this in Korea however it wasn't for any kind of competition. It was a very enjoyable experience and really cool getting to order food/drinks with the tablet thing at our seats. I wish this would come over to the US

Sushi Express is the worst of the worst place you can go for(at least in Hong Kong,their hygiene is terrible)

I remember seeing Takeru Kobayashi doing this on an episode of True Life:I'm a Competitive Eater from 2005. He ate 100 plates, but it wasn't a competition or challenge, he was just eating a "light" lunch 😂😆

nah if you starve yourself a day before ur stomach becomes smaller so u eat even less as usual so...nope that wont work
You prep your stomach by eating easily digestible foods like fruits and veges around 18-20 hours beforehand. Stretch out your stomach as much as possible, and let it digest through.
