there is so much style and uniqueness to this game that’s why i play it. the atmosphere of this game is so awesome. it’s fun to play as a knight, it’s fun to cosplay other video game characters like solaire, it’s fun. this game IS fun and we are lucky that this game is nothing like overwatch. let’s all point and laugh at over watch bcz of how much better our game is.
As a person who was an old school musha main I agree. It used to be so much more complex and take a lot of practice and skill. It took a lot of time to get good at both proper feints and soft feints to mind game. It’s a lot more convenient now and the barrier to entry is much lower, but the ceiling and the accomplishment felt for getting really good is much lower. I understand why it was done and in the long run it’s probably better for newer players, but as a person who dedicated my time to that version of musha I do miss it.

@@SolaireofAstoraFH I should probably preface, those changes are very good, it just feels like they’re taking away so much of what made him unique, ik it’s a glitch, in fact it took me until that warriors den to find it was a glitch, but just on paper, defensive Highlander, very slow with good hyper armor trades and range kinda too, and in offensive stance he manages to be the most nimble hero in the game, it just puts a frown on my face, also if you could still get hit while wavedashing then just make wave dashing better, I don’t understand why they had to remove it entirely, I refuse that argument, it was a glitch, I just refuse it, I’m not saying you specifically, but some people bank their whole argument off of it being a glitch, it’s disheartening, again there are so many good changes but then they give it their, “Ubisoft flair” and just take interesting or cool mechanics away from a hero
@@Labicklapoopycringy according to ubi, they kept the wave dash because he didnt have a good dodge attack in off stance. They gave him a dodge attack in the rework and that gave them the excuse to remove it.

Outlanders would be fine if > Pirate didn't have hyper armor (but slightly more stamina/speed and damage on blasts), Medjay had infinite chain only by zone swapping, Afeera was nerfed to the ground by removing crushing counters and if whiffed bashes were punished by a gb. Oh and of course if ocelot had bleed instead of HA
@@thediamondcutter9185 in his opener zone, chain zone and finisher zone, which can also be done after a bash from a character that should represent a sneaky hunter that also has super fast 400 ms lights in chain and finisher and fast 700ms heavies in chain. Doesn't sound like HA fits him both gameplay wise and character wise.

I want this treatment for lawbro he really doesnt have anything special even his fast flow to a finisher is on other chars, Kensei or orochi or gryphon or zhanhu or jj have an unblockable on there finisher and get better parry punishes. My man need some love since rework only took and gave one instance on hyper armor and stam reduction on zone
I havent played for honor in over 2 years now, so I watched the whole speech about how they changed warden, but you did not specify what changed, and I cant really understand what changed from the gameplay, someone explain

I am jealous. My boy Lawbringer was looking good in the testing ground with hyper armor, light chains and a more balanced impale but then they just butchered him, i stopped playing the game because of that.
You know what they should fix? The insufferable amount of players on the viking faction, rigging the whole fucking thing. There's no point in joining any faction besides vikings. The knights and samurai are always taking Ls

My biggest issue is they are trading his dodge in offensive stance which is his gimmick ever since he released all those years ago. I have over 80 days on the character alone. Yeah the rework is stronger but its less fun. Half as rewarding to get kills with cause its too easy.

Him dodging fast was in fact his gimmick ask any 70+ highlander. And tbh unless you played him to max you really have no input on the character cause you know jack all how to do everything with him. He was a high skillcap character for a reason. I dogged on 99% of pple with him ez, got number 1 global with him on fhtr score and have well over a 2.0 kd with him in 1v1 modes. Got gm #4 using only him. Character was perfectly fine. People using him were just ass.

How tragic, they literally improved everything he had, replaced a move, added one and fixed wavedashing (it was a bug, not a feature).
Im a HL main and im really excited for this change. The amount of times i wish i could bash cancel or fucking HEAVY ON GB JESUS CHRIST. Now i can:D
