I love that AG gave her decal eyes, as I think the standard brown eyes are overused. I believe the only other dolls with that color decal eyes are Samantha and Ivy. And I just looked them up on AG Wiki / Fandom and #86 has light brown decal eyes similar to Tenney's. Wiki also said this about eyes: "The eyes have internal decals or are hand painted to give the iris color. Eyes are either "pinwheel" style with faint lines behind the coloring or "decal" with a solid base." Interesting. I wouldn't have known how to describe them, but I know what they look like. :)
Thanks for doing this, it is interesting comparing skin tones and hair texture. I'll definitely be interested to compare her to my Makena once she arrives.

I don't know why they make them a different shape and overall just make the doll look a lot creepier and less authentic but hopefully the new generation of kids like that I miss when the dolls used to not look like generic Target Our Generation brand I really wish they were more genuine so people could experience them like a lot of us did back in the day
Luckdragon’s Lair that’s really interesting! I suppose it’s probably not that hard to remove the paint but I never thought about it. I’m not sure how I feel about AG’s move towards more painted dolls, but I agree the dolls without paint feel more classic. 💛💛💛
Jessica Hooper I think so too. I hope they continue to utilize the old molds as they move into new molds as well. The variety is what keeps their dolls so interesting! 💛💛💛

To me she reminds me of a mix of Makena (face mold) & 85 (hair). I can’t wait to hopefully get her soon!
