Вот это то, что я называю Золотой Серединой. Не супер-пупер--ультра-микро домик-капсула, при этом перегруженный нефункциональным декором настолько, что передвижение по участку превращается в Форт Боярд. Но и не ЗДАРАВЕННЫЙ особняк, где ты половину комнат просто не станешь использовать. А, ещё бывают "художественно" замусоренные халупы типа "живу в деревянном ящике и моюсь в ведре, зато экологичненько"! И всеми этими типами домов я пользовался. А последний (халупа из досок со свалки) даже сам построил.
Но такие участки нужны для строго определённых стилей игры. А вот такой дом, как на видео - да, тут сразу хочется поселиться, жениться, состариться и помереть щасливым. Отдельное спасибо за подвал, я уже придумал, что буду там растить...и это НЕ соевые бобы! >:D
Рада, что оценили, я поклонница "заставленных" домов, мне в них какие-то утюнее играть, поэтому что-то более менималистичное строить тяжело и непривычно) Хех, а подвал как раз под эти незаконные цели задумывался 😁
Нравится 😍 Свет, зелень повсюду, приятные тона. Ещё отмечу просторный передний дворик, что редко встречается)) Вообще, очень приятно ощущаются габариты всего сооружения. Вроде и большой дом, но такой... лёгкий что ли)
Спасибо 😚 До строительство этого дома, мне всегда нравились "заставленные" дома, но он действительно получился каким-то лёгким и таким приятным, наверное в будущем я посмотрю ещё несколько домиков в стиле "минимализм", что-то в этом есть😁

Usually when I download lots that's really beautiful, I end up having a bit of a cramped space because of decor&furniture placement that always always block the simmers view despite the beautiful aesthetic. I'm really struggling to create a house for a millionaire Business man and his daughter. I wanted like a modern mansion type thing but not huge. Maybe 3 beds. I'm really struggling. I want some of the cool fireplaces that you do and the custom furniture that you do but they just don't work for me. It would be great if you had some ideas :D
