The best leaders lead by example. Confident and innovative as a principal, Kristina Snow lost her “mojo” when she moved into administration. Not a risk-taker by nature, Kristina soon realized she would have to take on hard conversations and try new things in order to improve the system for the benefit of students. Holdsworth’s focus on personal leadership helped Kristina to push past her fears and reach her goals. “If we want to impact, empower and hopefully inspire others to change, we have to model that.”

Founded by Charles Butt in January 2017, The Holdsworth Center partners with Texas public school districts to cultivate a pipeline of outstanding leaders so that teachers thrive and students excel in every classroom.
