    ✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
    For Mangode:
    * Green Moong Dal(हरी मूंग दाल) - 1 Cup
    * Yellow Moong Dal(पीली मूंग दाल) - 1/4 Cup
    * Spinach(पालक) - 1 Cup
    * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - As per taste
    * Curry Leaves(कढ़ी पत्ता)
    * Coriander Leaves(हरा धनिया)
    * Onion(प्याज) - 2
    * Potato(आलू) - 2
    * Carrot(गाजर) - 2
    * Ginger(अदरक)
    * Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - More than 1 Tbsp
    * Coriander Seeds(सूखा साबुत धनिया) - 1 Tbsp
    * Dried Red Chilli(सूखी साबुत लाल मिर्च) - 4-5
    * Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर)- 1 Tsp
    * Salt(नमक) - As per taste
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Asafoetida Powder(हींग पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Oil(तेल)- For frying
    For Onion Pakoda:
    * Onion (प्याज़)
    * Salt (नमक)
    * Green Chili (हरी मिर्च)
    * Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
    * Carom Seeds (अजवाइन)
    * Coriander Seeds (सूखा साबुत धनिया)
    * Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
    * Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    * Gram Flour (बेसन)
    * Oil (तेल) - for frying
    For Cauliflower Pakoda:
    * Cauliflower (गोभी) - 2/600 grams
    * Water (पानी)
    * Salt (नमक)
    * Curd (दही) - 2 tbsp
    * Rice flour (चावल का आटा) -1 tbsp
    * Cornflour(कॉर्न स्टार्च) - 1 tbsp
    * All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 1 tbsp
    * Soya sauce (सोया सॉस) - 1/2 tsp
    * Kashmiri red chili powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 tsp
    * Salt (नमक)
    * Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
    * Green coriander (हरा धनिया)
    * Oil (तेल) -
    𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐝𝐞, soak Green Moong Dal, Yellow Moong Dal for 1-2 hours and grind it. Add chopped Spinach, Coriander Leaves, Green Chili, Curry Leaves, grated Ginger, Potatoes and carrots. Coarsely ground Fennel Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Dry Red Chili in it. Put some Mango Powder, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Asafetida Powder and mix them all well. Fry on medium flame and make them crispy. Serve with Chutney and enjoy!
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐨𝐝𝐚, chop Onions, add Salt. Mix and keep for 10 mins. Then add Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves, Carom Seeds, coarsely ground Coriander Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, hot Oil and Gram Flour and mix them all. Fry the Onion Pakoras in the medium heated Oil. Serve and enjoy!
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐛𝐡𝐢 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐨𝐝𝐚, cut Cauliflower, and boil it for 3-4 mins by adding some Salt in it. Drain out the Water and keep it cool. Take Corn Flour, Maida, Rice Flour, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Chili Flakes, Mango Powder, Chat Masala, Cumin Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Black Salt, Garam Masala & Dried Fenugreek Leaves. Mix all and coat Cauliflower. Take a bowl, put Curd, Rice Flour, Corn Flour, All Purpose Flour, Soya Sauce, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Salt & Black Pepper Powder in it & mix them all. Put Coriander Leaves & marinate the Cauliflower & again wrap them with Powder. Fry them on medium flame till they turn crispy. Serve and enjoy!
