His shot selection is the key. But even at that it's still unbelievable coz most of his shots were not layups/dunks they were risky and challenged too. Embiid averaging 35/12/6 and is an elite rim protector, 2nd in NBA allowing 39.5 fg% in paint.
Jokic 25/12/9 and Denver is always ranked bottom 5 in rim protection, every single year he's been there.
With Philadelphia leading the NBA in net rating at 10.4 points per game (which is nearly twice that of Denvers 5.7) 76ers the only team to be top 5 in offenseive rating and defensive rating, MVP is looking like Back to back for Embiid. Philly currently better win% as well.
I don't think Jokic having 3 more assists makes up for the 10 more points Embiid averages.
