This one is licensed, so it was considered the official one (and pretty much endless, don't know if this version has a kill screen), the Tengen one is considered a bootleg, since Nintendo by that point shunned Tengen (can't blame them), and the Seal of Quality was not on future Tengen games.
I remember play Ms.Pac-Man on NES when I was a kid 7 years old in 1st Grade Computer Class since 2008.
