The voice note wasn’t to the young girl, it was taken from another message and made to look like it was sent directly to her, that’s what the hacker did, which can be easily done when you know what you’re exactly doing. I’ve seen it been done with my own two eyes. Theirs even an app that allows you to create fake Instagram messages with others. People really need to educate themselves before jumping on a bandwagon helping to spread a rumour.
