After the system decides that Rin cannot talk for a year, her brother helped her talk many times. There were consequences for her tho - she got bullied, ignored and others. Soon, her brother died by being shot. She was depressed and Ash(Green guy) often came over to visit her. Rin's brother was always watching her in the silence.
