I'm almost 82. I was 26 when Bobby Kennedy was assassinated . Some Precious part of me died the night Bobby was murdered. But that part of me has been resurrected with Bobby Kennedy Junior's candidacy for POTUS. When I first heard he was running, I had bought into the mainstream media portrayal of him as a conspiracy nut but I felt I owed it to Bobby to at least give his son a listening to. I'm so glad I did! After listening to many interviews I got a feel for his sincerity and Integrity. What's more, when I learned of his practicing a rigorously honest spiritual program, being an old friend of Bill's, well, that just put me over the moon! His emphasis on placing principles before personalities and not impugning the motives of others, but focusing only on policy differences keeps him out of the childish blame-game pettiness which has characterized politics for the last few presidential cycles.
For the last 15 years or so, I've heard Republicans complain that liberals, like communists, want to redistribute the wealth from the Rich to the Poor. Well, I've been around a while and my experience over the last 50 years or so tells me that through corporate lobbying, payoffs, financing campaigns, etc., Corporate America has more than just captured the Agencies which are supposed to regulate it. It has captured the Whole political system, both Republicans and Democrats to essentially establish a political duopoly which has dismantled the union movement, decimated the middle class and created the homeless class with exorbitant rental rates, interest rates on homes and credit cards, school loans, and stagnated wages over the last 45+ years. And so, the Rich, as plutocrats will, have been Redistributing the wealth from the Poor&Middle-class to the Rich! Bobby knows how to stop this because he's been suing Corporate America and the government agencies that are captured by Corporate America for polluting and injuring people, winning billions of dollars in judgments for the last 40 years. Please, just listen to his full interviews on CZcams! And IGNORE the mainstream media interviews which are almost always EDITED to take his comments out of context to skew his meaning or views.
When Bobby committed to this campaign to become president, he took a leap of faith. Let's all take a leap of faith with him because it's the right thing to do. Let's say goodbye and good riddance to the duopoly that thrives on us fighting one another and take a leap of faith into a new consciousness of Hope and healing and caring for one another. Let's stop voting for the ones who despise, and vote for the one who inspires!

And they are not even supposed to go there, for the most part. They are supposed to go to the American embassy in the country next to their point of origin. They should be applying via some other country in Africa, or the Middle East, or Asia or Central or South America.
It will require a massive build up but i agree. We’re having this crisis but not fixing it in any logical way. It is, but it won't matter in the long run because their objective by and large is not to seek asylum. They want to enter the country to work and make money under the table, their goal is rarely to actually seek asylum.

Which ideas are Democrat ideas? All of the policies he listed were what Trump was doing, minus the influx of asylum judges. Biden halted the border wall construction and the “Remain in Mexico” policies on day one of his presidency.

The most recent vx program was also an intentional misnomer. Did not prevent infection ot transmission. Not a vx but maybe an innoculation. Science asks with an open mind. Those who label open minded skeptics as "anti-ers" are virtue signaling, virtue seeking, praying-in-public validation seekers.
And logically, abortion is killing a living human. You can argue when the human starts - at conception or at first heartbeat or at birth, etc. - but you must admit abortion is a form a termination, at whatever stage of development the organism has achieved.
Unwanted pregnancy is aweful. "Preventable" birth "defects" can be interpretted as terrible. And at the same time, terminating a developing being can be seen as terrible, too.
The two sides of the abortion argument need to try to understand and accept the opposing points of view. We need to do our best to find th middle ground and not to see these as two totally opposing sides. Both mean well and want to protect life and do the right thing.
Thankful to have the opportunity to vote RFKjr 2024…I refuse to continue to be manipulated into the 2 party system. I reluctantly voted Trump in 2020. If we supported Mexico like we do a certain religion-based country in the Middle East, they'd probably be a great ally in our "war on drugs" and our issue with illegal immigration. I am Mexican and what you say is correct, the only thing we ask is that our governments cooperate to stop drug traffickers and thus our two nations get rid of it without criminalizing foreigners. Probably needs a case by case basis, though all options are expensive. Some illegal immigrants are legitimately fleeing dangerous circumstances and only want to work hard and have a chance. Many will work harder than us entitled natural born citizens. But the cost of sorting them out and deporting the unscrupulous actors will still be high. Bottom line is we have to get control of our government bloating and deficit spending. End all entitlement programs. We need to rely on our communities, not goverment aid. Government aid only encourages corruption.

How about 10 years after first illegal crossing, 20 after second, 30 after third, etc.? Problem is, for some, life in prison here might be better than life where they came from, so even this policy wouldn't deter them.

So, I understand where you are coming from, but in my opinion just because someone from a foreign country is seeking refuge doesn’t mean I am obliged to suffer the consequences of letting them in for free.there is a reason we have boarders and proper procedures, which you just admitted yourself that you’re all for people coming here legally preferably, why? Just because we are a nation of immigrants, which I’m not arguing at all, (I think we should take in the masses just do so legally and logically, if we are at a compacity for the amount of visas for the year then we need to stick to that rule not bend it because one person may be better off slipping through), does not mean we are a country without boarders or regulations. If you want to come here and have the same freedoms as the citizens you need to become a citizen, there are no free passes just because you are struggling. I understand, I really do, that people want a better life, but they are taking things that we cannot offer, that’s not how the world works. We have systems in place for refugees. We need a stricter policy to deter people from coming here illegally, and I also think a part of that is making the right of passage easier for immigrants especially those non English speaking (my exs second language was English, so it was incredibly difficult to not only try to understand the process in English but I then had to explain to him what it all meant) this is a multi faceted issue, and opening the boarders for whoever feels unsafe is just not reasonable and it hurts to deny people but we cannot let our country crumble because of it. Where does it end? Why haven’t we liberated North Korea or the Africans being terrorized by gangs? Please be respectful to others opinions before casting judgement. If someone comes here and we slap them on the wrist a few times before sending them to a labor camp, I have no issue with it, they literally walked right into the labor camp at that point, and they should be let known that will be the result if they keep it up. And no, there will not be abusive people in power at labor camps the same way that the majority of boarder patrol is Hispanic, so stop it with that. We would go great lengths to insure the safety of those people the same way that prisons are constantly monitored and there is rarely any abuse anymore of inmates because of it.

A sane and measured response with a plan that can actually be implemented without a bunch chaos. Who knew that if you get an adult into the room you get a reasonable conversation and solution?
