Her legs would be in the same place with or without the orbiter.
Are you anticipating the passenger’s being unable to move the knee quickly enough or…?
If not, the passenger can wear safety gear, if they choose but the “driver” can be injured from same fall.
Got an expedition myself, hasn’t been 100% great. Iv lost several screws from falling off randomly the bike stand fell off as well, few other things that just broke, tubes popped few weeks after I got it. And those large bags you can get with it? Horrible they dont stay on at all lost a bunch of groceries first time.
It’s a nice ride to work though lol
It sounds like fasteners needed to be tightened.

From my experience, users are encouraged to check all fasteners prior to each ride, for safety.
