    so for the sweater vest, if anyone else want's to do it make sure you use a zig-zag stitch. It's stretchy and should always be used with stretch fabrics, it can also help stop fraying

    The only thing I would do differently is adjust the way the links come together at the ceiling, in some places it looks a little messy, but overall you really nailed it!!!! You did a fantastic job!

She isnt an equal partner/owner of the company they built- so company or Kelsey probably paid for all of the materials ( I'm sure the company doesnt pay for personal projects Kelsey and Becky do in thier own homes) she is an employee, she was definitely paid to make it as well,
      2. She might not have room in her apt. for it, so when she was inspired by it, she probably pitched the idea to Kelsey since she is needing to fix up that space anyway

  • @rtd1791
    @rtd1791 Před rokem

    This was an amazing build 🤩 It really got me thinking.
    I didn’t like the amount of work the links required. Seemed really tedious. And fortunately I didn’t like the proportions of the links either, so I went searching for plastic chains. Turns out there are tons. In a wide variety of colors, sizes, and styles. Including plenty of clear ones.
    Panda Hall has a wide variety for reasonable prices; the kind used for jewelry and purse straps.
    I also really didn’t like the look of the open links, but I bet for many the style holds a lot of appeal. It’s the sort of thing that just makes me anxious thinking about how open links catch on everything. Eventually the chandelier will need to be cleaned and the open links will be a pain.
    I’m not a fan of spider lights either. But a single globe and transparent chain. This I can love. And as it turns out I can make such a light for 30-50 USD. Probably less with better searching. I will match the proportions of the globe to the chain. And happiness will be mine.
