Quality issue in Royal enfield himalayan 450 Saddle stay from motto torque

There is corrosion issue in the saddle stay from motto torque. the water logs inside the welded area and those place have visible corrosion.

yes it is, for premium product. its not spoils the asthetics but and engineering point of view these minor issues could have been avoided.

I haven’t felt anything so far, there was an issue of con-set in the first lot. When did you received the bike?

@@arunachalamkrishnamoorthy8675 I received mine in same time. I have seen people complaint about the same issue on bikes from the first lot. Mostly the issue because of the con-set tilt. Please get it checked from the show-room, they simply tighten the handle bar screw with required torque.
