- One year of preparation and 70days of waiting and finally, I am extremely happy to introduce my new adventure partner ALASKA (Himalayan 450 Kamet white) to all those who visit my channel. This video is all about the look and feel of the Himalayan 450 Kamet white variant along with my delivery experience and pricing details including the Insurance, RTO, Finance charges, discounts and price protection if you have booked the bike on or before 31 December 2023.
I have booked my bike on 25-Nov-2023 and the tentative date of delivery was 11-Mar-2024. I am extremely happy to share the wonderful experience I had with the Shree Mahadev Royal Enfield agency, Sector 8, Noida from the day of booking to till the delivery of the bike. I took the delivery of the bike on 12-Feb-2024 which is earlier than the promised date.
Pricing
Ex-showroom price - INR 2,79,000/- (with INR 14,000/- price protection)
RTO - INR 29.200/- ( approximately 10% of the ex -showroom)
Insurance - INR 23,999/- (1 year first party and 4 year third party)
RSA & extended Warranty - INR 7199/- (Valid PAN India)
Finance (IDFC) - INR 3060/- (Bank charges 2-3% of finance value)
- INR 3650/- ( for documents -Still figuring out quality of
paper)
- INR 650/- ( god knows for what )
I have got a refund of 1800/- from RTO and Insurance since I got price protection.
10% off on accessories if the amount crosses at least INR 10,000/- and INR 1700 off on any purchase.

Bro now that you have kamet white, did you ever feel that you should you have bought any other colors? I mean after buying.
No man, I had to wait a long time to get the Kamet white and I am supper happy about it. But after the Kamet white , i like the poppy Blue Version.

I booked it on 25 of November and got the delivery on 12 of February, The date was showing 11 of March till six days bore the 12 feb. The date will change as soon as they shipped the bike.
Tank guard is black or green.
It's black, But the rear attachment of chassis is green in this particular model.
It the bike was lighter it would be a killer. But definitely it is going to sell very well. Unfortunately the expectations for other countries should be realistic, probably not for this year in Brazil…
Yes,it is true that the bike is towards the heavy side and its cannot be everyone’s goto bike.But still Royal enfield has come a long way.

Congratulations for new machine 🎉🎊 Are the previous issues from the first lot of 450 bikes (vibrations, headlight misalignment, handlebar tilting to the right) resolved in this second lot of 450? I have booked my bike and am awaiting delivery, but I'm still worried about its worth due to the reviews I've seen on the internet.
I have came across with one issue that is the just headlights was not aligned and it was set in the first service, it was not a big issue at all. I have about 1000km in my ODO and there isn’t any major issue i have noticed.
One thing i would like to put in your notice is, the bike is really heavy and can be felt, if your physic is good , I don’t see any big point of concern. Go for it, its a beautiful machine

I got it almost 3.8Lakh on road including a couple of accessories from RE. I have shared all the price details in the description Including the finance details and hidden charges. So be very careful with Bank person 😅

Yes, They are not available at the moment, even most of the accessories aren't available at the showroom, the waiting time for some of the accessories are almost 2 months. Most of my accessories are not installed yet.
