Unspoke reason why Jordan is the basketball goat: His playoffs performances and highlights exceeds his regular seasons ones. And his Finals performances exceed his playoffs games. He eliminated the cavs twice in the playoffs: in game 4 in 93 with the game tied, bulls won 4-0, but the best was in 89, best of 5, series tied 2-2, down by 1, do or die, in what became simply "the shot", hanging in the air like pre-retirement Jordan only could, avoiding the block. One of the greatest championship rounds plays in sports history in the 97 finals: game 1 game winner at the buzzer, game 5 game winning 3 scoring 4 of his 38 in the last seconds in Utah for the win, in the game where he had the flu, game 6 finals ending game with the game winning assist off the double team for Kerr. 98 finals 3 clutch plays, quick score, a crucial steal, swish game winner to end the championship, 2nd 3 peat and his career in the best possible way. He also scored 45 of the bulls 87 points as well by the way. These things are what make him the best, not just his personal accomplishments and awards, but movie like plays are really what sets his legacy apart from all other NBA greats.
I don't know why Everytime MJ plays I feel like crying, maybe because he's my idol since I was in elementary and he's my inspiration when I play basketball.. 🏀
That shot in UTAH in 1998 was heartbreaking. I sat their and watched the game, u knew this was the last time ull ever see this icon create magic. Happy they won very sad that 23 was moving from being the best to being a legend. I still get choked up watching it
The greatest that ever played the game Michael Air Jordan. Let me know when lebron hits a game winner in the finals. No not the playoffs the finals to win a championship don’t ever compare him to Jordan
@Kenneth Erickson Jordan had the assist on Kerr's shot! it was a set play by Mike, he told Kerr to be ready cause he would get double teamed. Lebron attempted the shot and missed! His team was lucky Bosh got the rebound, and Allen make the 3, or else they would have been eliminated. Even if Jordan messed up on any of the finals last plays, bulls wouldn't be eliminated and it would go to game 7
the fact that most players would love to have just one of these in their career and that MJ has not just one, not just 10, but enough of them to make a top 10 list. Alongside with his killer defense, leading in steals, oh and I forgot to mention his scoring ability truly makes him the GOAT.

The way Chicago teams disappointed, to have those Bulls teams in the 1990's made us proud. Not many can claim a dynasty. I miss the Stadium though. Loudest place in America.

In the world of NBA, if you want to be the Best, you gonna have to surpass the ultimate achievements of Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls... So please stop comparing these incredibles in today's showoffs particularly that LeBron James...
I was at that Charlotte Hornets game. Michael is, was, and forever will be the finest basketball player. He toyed with people. He took care of the Pistons and is was on.
Man this dude was clutch! Plus i remember when MJ came back to play for the Washington Wizards in 2002 and 2003 at age 39 and 40 he hit like 3 more buzzer beating shots as well. I think it was 3..... 😆...... i know he hit one against the Cleveland Cavaliers that they now call "The Shot #3" and there was one against the Phoenix Suns with Stephon Marbury looking depressed as hell after that shot! I forget who the other buzzer beater was against....i want to say the Knicks but i could be wrong but Jordan was just ...greatness....at any age! The GOAT!!
Nobody like Mike. Never forget the memories as a kid watching him. Hottest ticket in town. More then worth it. Amazing city. Hard working people of Chicago. Proud to be from Chicago. Chicago Strong!
I watched all his playoff games... Even his 63 points in Boston! The bigger the stage the better he played... I don't think there's ever been a player that has crushed so many team's fan's hearts like him!?
The most electrifying player ever to play this game. MJ had it all: He flew, and went above the rim better than anyone else. He finished games with excitement, leading his team to victory. His suffocating defense, killed the opposition, and their ability to control their tempo. A proven scorer from anywhere, and his patented turn-around jumper was so exciting to watch. Let's put it this way: Michael Jordan pretty much ruled the game of basketball, and never will be equalled.🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐
Number 5 really needed Red Kerr's call on that shot... "Time winding down, Michael for three, AHGHAFHAGAAHOGHAGHAGHAGHAHGAGHAG, A WINNER! UNBELIEVABLE!!!"
Ummm, the anguished face of the rivals in the last minutes, they remind me of a Messi or Ronaldo with a Barrier at 90 minutes in Soccer, but Jordan is another level, because he has spanned several generations and athletes.
I love how most of the commentators in the highlights unanimously say the same thing: “ *He did it again!* ” It only goes to show how greatness is a byproduct of Jordanʼs performance at the highest level of the competition. Truly, the greatest of all-time. P.S. No, Kobe and LeBron ainʼt on the same pedestal as M.J. Tell that to us again if they ever won 6 times-without any losses-in the NBA Finals. Ciao!
#3 is ridiculously underrated. Let me paint a clearer picture for y’all who are here for the highlights. That shot is the one and only do or die shot in playoff history that was actually made. If Jordan misses it, the bulls go home and lose the series and go home. Jordan makes it and they eliminate the cavs and go on to the next series. That shot is only eclipsed by his own final shot in 98. Truly amazing man. My goat
This is awesome!! Nicely done. My personal favorite is Jordan beating the Cavs in '93, the commentary: "He did it again,..... almost from the same spot"........

In the world of NBA, if you want to be the Best, you gonna have to surpass the ultimate achievements of Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls... So please stop comparing these incredibles in today's showoffs particularly that LeBron James...
I am lucky to have grown up in his era.
Even LeChina's former Heat Teammates, Ray Allen, and D'Wade, said MJ is the 🐐🐐
JORDAN A.K.A. G.O.A.T.!
Undeniably the best.
I was at that Charlotte Hornets game. Michael is, was, and forever will be the finest basketball player. He toyed with people. He took care of the Pistons and is was on.
The real definition of greatness.
Nothing compares to the 🐐!
The ultimate heartbreaker
3:51, Dikembe appreciating MJ.
MJ is the best closer of all time.
The only player that can play away and stilllll get a good reaction from fans like he was playing in Chicago
MJ all day....the GOAT.....!
Congrats;;; M. Jordan to ur contributions in the NBA!!!
🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐 so glad I was able to witness MJ’s last 3 rings I’m 34 he was a celebrity like no other than Micheal Jackson at the time I miss the 90’s
His lack of enthusiasm for game winning celebrations SHOWS that greatest was just natural for MJ.
"practice.." --Alan Iverson (2089)
Fareezul Helmy that’s not how you spell his name but ok bud
Ever his teammates were used to if after a while. "Like J go get a bucket real fast so we can get out of here"
Jordan: ok
Agree. I hate all the 'look how tough I am poses' by today's players.

Greatness is in our DNA the true definition of legendary we'll get up and you'll see the picture of Jordan Michael that is Michael Jordan Legend

I watched all his playoff games... Even his 63 points in Boston! The bigger the stage the better he played... I don't think there's ever been a player that has crushed so many team's fan's hearts like him!?
That jump at 6:18 is everthing
Waooo me puedo dar el gusto de decir que vi jugar a MJ lo mas grande que ha dado el deporte universal
God
Thank you for Michael Jordan amen.
Michael Jordan.simply....the G.O.A.T🐐🐐🐐
The last one was the best one cause he made a clutch instinctive play on offense AND defense
this man was thw reason why many HOFs dont got a ring
MJ won playoff series with buzzer beaters.MJ ate playoff pressure for breakfast.
Jordan is the best! My favorite and #ChicagoBulls #MichaelJordan #NBA
Mj=Goat🐐
A great defensive play before shooting the game winning shot to win his 6th ring 🔥
THE GOAT PERIOD
That’s why I love most about mike. He comes through no matter what even if the guard is one inch away from blocking the shot. Legend forever.
4:30 I seriously thought that shot was photoshopped at first, thats was laser accurate! MJ just the best plain period.
Thank you for this amazing video🙏🏻
He did it a few times as a Wizards too.
I love how most of the commentators in the highlights unanimously say the same thing:
“ *He did it again!* ”
It only goes to show how greatness is a byproduct of Jordanʼs performance at the highest level of the competition.
Truly, the greatest of all-time.
P.S.
No, Kobe and LeBron ainʼt on the same pedestal as M.J. Tell that to us again if they ever won 6 times-without any losses-in the NBA Finals.
Ciao!
That top 2 iso move by MJ is a nice one. Killer instinct saves him and a man who can take a risk for a shot 🤯
My goat
He mastered that killer instinct!
So LeBron said he thinks he himself is the greatest 🤔 I guess that was the effect of Jason Terry and JJ barrea on him in the 2011 finals😌😂🤣
The way he says it “ that shot right there yeah I said it to myself that made your the greatest “. Haha 😂
Love seeing his games
This is awesome!! Nicely done. My personal favorite is Jordan beating the Cavs in '93, the commentary: "He did it again,..... almost from the same spot"........
Nobody has done it better than Mike.
