    Thanks a lot! I have been searching it for days. Your video should be included in the Monday's official channel. 🙂

    WOW, so amazing. A little pseudo-code goes a long way. Thank you!

    Thanks. Very nicely explained. But is there a way to do it and not loos the history that it was done last month ?

      This method should keep the history from the prior month if you put it as a "conversation" by clicking on the speech bubble!

    Thanks a lot for this!
    What if you forget to close the task? Is there a way that you can trigger the creation of a new task based on the date?

    • @efficientstuff
      @efficientstuff  Před 2 lety +1

      Glad it helped! Probably the easiest way to create a new task based on the date would be to set up a different board, create a single-task group, and have it duplicate and move every x days. That way your main board doesn't get cluttered but it still accomplishes what you're looking for.

    Thanks this is so helpful! How can i set the automation, if i want it to recur but say always on the 6th of the month? so if you complete it on the 7th i dont want to set it 1 month later, rather on the next 6th of the month?

    • @efficientstuff
      @efficientstuff  Před rokem

      I think the easiest way to do this would be to create a separate date column with the initial date manually set. I'd have to fiddle with it for awhile, but it should be doable with a second column.

    You have two choices in the upper right hand section of your screen. They are INTEGRATE and AUTOMATE. My screen does not have these options. Can you share how you added those?

    • @efficientstuff
      @efficientstuff  Před 2 lety

      Are you on the free version or paid version? I've not experienced that issue but I know the free version doesn't have automations.

  • @sierracruz1775
    @sierracruz1775 Před 2 lety

    there are boards with things like this pre automated !

    Can you create a loop this way? considering you have dependencies between tasks and once the last task is not complete you go back to the beginning and start all tasks all over again?

    • @efficientstuff
      @efficientstuff  Před 2 lety

      I'm honestly not sure. I haven't used dependencies really at all, but it's definitely something I'll try to experiment with.

      @@efficientstuff I have figured out a way to do it if you ever need support
