Imagine you're a lawyer, got a case against a murderer, and you say during a live tv show you'll get the murderer behind bars, and then during the trial, the judge says the murderer is not guilty because you said you want them behind bars. This is basically what CZcams did.

YT are the epitome of corporatist BS. They have rules, and they don't follow those rules except when they feel like doing it, and counting on the fact that no one is going to waste 10s of millions of dollars and a decade of their life suing them into the ground for all the contract violations they engage in or a daily basis.
This is an insanely bad and misleading comparison. I have watched TAM for 6 years or so and am obviously on his side, but as soon as I heard him say for the first time “my goal is to get his channel terminated” I knew he had really screwed himself over, and it was painful to watch everything unfold afterward and see so many people not understand why.
CZcams is not a public court. Setting a precedent that users (especially those with large followings) can personally get someone’s channel taken down would be a HUGE mistake, regardless of how many violations they have made or how bad of a person they are. It’s not always so clear and obvious as this case, and it would be VERY easy to create a misleading video about almost any creator if someone wanted them gone. Quantum was a wildly evil person and absolutely deserved to get taken down, and CZcams should have been WAY more transparent with Act Man and us viewers. But there will never be a day where CZcams allows people to start making videos with the explicit goal of getting someone else’s channel taken down.
@@DeckofLies I do not get why you are saying this is a bad comparison because everything you just said strengthened the comparison. Act Man cannot get a persons channel terminated, much like how a prosecutor cannot convict someone of a crime. The prosecutors job is to prove they are guilty within a reasonable doubt with the facts they have, and their knowledge of the law to the judge or jury, like Act Man did to CZcams who is the judge. So how is it a bad comparison?

Nor does it need to be a place where creators are attempting to get each other deleted, which is exactly what would happen. I’ve typed enough paragraphs already, but all Act Man should have done differently was point out the various ways he’s violated TOS and why he’s a POS, but never explicitly say his goal is to have the channel taken down. You can’t have people that openly go at each other’s throats here or it will turn into a cesspool of false accusations by creators trying to destroy other’s livelihoods.
Elden Ring is so good, it exposed a narcissist, got him arrested, and divorced.

To this day, I think it’s ironic that out of all the characters Quantum could have chosen to use to hide his face, he picked Deadpool. Deadpool, who is canonically pansexual and it was confirmed *publically* by Deadpool writer Gerry Duggan in 2013 that he was. Quantum was using his likeness while spitting out the “pulse victim” rhetoric in 2018. The raging homophobe never seems to have realized that his “persona” was an LGBT+ character. And I will forever find that hilarious.

QuantumTV getting arrested for domestic violence is the least surprising arrest in the history of ever. CZcams deciding that using their platform to commit and profit off of actual crimes is somehow not against TOS is also sadly not at all surprising.
Not only that, this is the same youtube that takes down people's videos of exposing child PD defending the predators like Sony playstation's I believe ceo or co president (I forgot what rank he is) for example.

Toxic people have easier times finding people cuz they tend to not have apprehension and arent afraid to push boundaries. This can be attractive to women who like assertive and self assured men, which leaves them vulnerable once they realize hes controlling and entitled
Narcissists/sociopaths are usually keen on finding what works in a social context, male or female, having no limits with lying to get what they want - it's much easier to charm someone when you're actively manipulating the other part. I mean, who wouldn't like an attractive person who seem to have the perfect personality? It's so fucking scary when they are smooth with it and you start putting the pieces together...

I get what you mean though, I described more of a sociopaths traits, which he displays less of - like when he planned on doing stuff on a holiday.
I had a girlfriend over a year ago, and got to experience her father who acted by definition, a narcissist. I experienced how he abused his wife and daughter, how he manipulated them to do whatever he wanted either through dehumanizing them, slapping them in the past, belittling them you name it he did it. the final straw was when i discovered he slapped his wife in my presenace where i told my girlfriend she needed to leave.
as of now, that gf went insane, became something she promised she wouldn't
but i still think, her getting out of that mans hands was a good thing. I HOPE, I PRAY, that Quantum gets every fucking thing that he deserves for his actions.

That is very much under the category of hate speech which legally isn't permitted since hate speech can incite violence and crimes against people. That's why there was an effort to legally criminalize certain kinds of speech such as 'hate speech'. While it is legally allowed for someone to express their dislike of a constitutionally protected group of people, the line is drawn when their free speech explicitly advocates for crimes to be commited against these groups of people. This line is important because a free society can't be legally tolerant of those who are themselves legally intolerant to others as those are legally intolerant would use a free society's tolerance as a way to publicly organize themselves and orchestrate crimes against protected groups resulting in horrific crimes befalling these groups repeatedly.

I’m so glad quantum finally got what he deserved and seeing The Act Man accurately tell us what was going to happen wether it was in this video or ones in the past before it happened was so awesome. It’s also great that we got to see him tell us what happened in between all of the drama like quantum calling his mom and all the hell he went through and all the people that stood beside him most content creators don’t do this. Justice for the act man really paid off.
I think its chilling when you realise that you were defending a smaller channel from an individual who wanted to remove their video as they didn't like the contents, and only for the owner of the entire platform (youtube) to do the same to you. Love your videos stay strong.

Wanna know what is incredibly sad? QuantumTV recently posted in his community tab that he is getting married again. He somehow tricked another person into living in abuse with him.
Allegedly he lost his court case last week, so his wifes restraining order will stay up. Just wanted to share that good news hopefully we get more.

I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when all this went down. Everyday when I was at work I would put my headphones on and listen to each video the moment it was uploaded. And I remember watching the Darkseid of CZcams one once and and went back to watch it again and it was gone. And every day I kept up with the story as I was at work all the way and still keep up with everything you post to this day. I appreciate what you do act man and you've given me many hours of entertainment and joy. CZcams will forever have a stain for what they did to you and I know for sure all of us don't trust them anymore. Actually a majority of serial killers arent actually "psychopaths" because they do have some emotions, but instead extreme narcisistic personality disorder is the most diagnosis and then antisocial personality features secondary. Jeffrey Dahmer and Ted Bundy both were diangosed with NPD. So ya malignant narcissism is a hell of a thing. Ive known someone like quantum where they are so delusional and so textbook in their projections that you just are stunned and realize there is no point trying to approach this person with logic.
It is scary, like researching people's families and whereabouts, making veiled threats and lying ALL the time. You don't know what these kind of people are planning to do, even over something you might see as fairly benign...like the review of a video game for example. Just insane levels of denial.

That is PROOF that youtube will not enact their policies evenly and fairly. It shouldn't matter WHO points out the violations, or how confident that person is that youtube will act, if a channel is in violation of TOS and community guidelines, they SHOULD be punished for it. That's the whole point of having those rules in the first place.
