You're most welcome! Have fun with it. I think that other than learning a lot about the people you lay the spread for, it's also great for learning the subtler nuances of the cards.
Me again maybe I can find what I am looking for in the description box from this video. I was going to ask you where to find Kipper decks. I can only find 2-3 and am trying to find some different ones. Only 1-2 available on Amazon. I have tried Etsy and many tarot stores online no luck.

what can we do if the lady and man come out in the same pile? brillant spread
Always work with what you have. It happened to me once where they both landed in a stack of 5. I placed the 4-card stack to the right of that. I then only had 9 cards to work with and just laid them out in a line and it still gave me a great reading because there's so much information on every card. Even if they both land in the 11th stack of only 4 cards you can still do it.

Great question, Andres! You can decide how you want to use these cards before each reading. You can read them descriptively as you'd do with oracle cards. If you already read tarot or playing cards, you can set an intention to read them based on the playing card insets and then add some descriptive information based on the images/scenes. Once you know the story the large image is related to, you can choose to base your interpretation on that. For simple spreads, I generally only look at the 3 images. If you make a cheater deck like I did, you'll have keywords all over each card and the readings are much , much faster!

No worries, Lotte. Every spread and method I share for the Grand Jeu can be used with other systems. I'm currently testing variations of this spread for the Petit and Kipper!

hi lisa. by the way. im traying to read some grand jeu info in french. i think the english versions are lacking since every card has a citrine type of meaning when it lands in cirtin places but a firm meaning on its own. and i think the english versions make a "mix" of different type of information to some extant. maybe if you know germen (you mentioned it once i believe) you have access to greater knowledge. i will try bit by bit to sit with the french information.
I agree and I've found that it's a lengthy process to discover the true essence of each card, but between my French and German books that I'm translating and meditating on each card, I'm getting it done. Other than that, I think the best teacher is to just use them.

I'd love to be able to provide a definitive answer, but I don't read playing cards except as part of the Grand Jeu Lenormand system. If you use playing cards, give it a try! I'd love to hear how you do.
