Not Enough Duties to Claim Final Reward in Pixar Fest Star Path 10 Tokens | Dreamlight Valley Tips

I completed all my Pixar Fest Star Path Duties and am not able to claim all the rewards. On the Duties page I see "Congratulations, MintyPlush. You Have completed all event duties." There are not enough tokens to finish the event in Disney Dreamlight Valley and claim all the rewards for the Pixar fest starpath.
I have 0 Pixar coins but the last page requires I use 10 Pixar tokens to get the final x175 Moonstones.
There is a solution to this but I don't like it. I'm going to explain the guide Ellie_ACNH posted on Discord for the community. It does allow us to complete the event and gain 150 moonstones, but it is unsatisfying for me as it is advertised at 175 moonstones.

What do you think of the star path's sixth page? Did you feel like it was a trap for completionists or just a nice place to spend your extra Pixar coins if you pre-purchased them with the 4,100 premium option?
Final breakdown of my numbers:
8,750 moon stones before upgrading to the premium path
- 2,500 moonstones on the premium path
That brought me to 6,220 moonstones
From there I was able to claim 1,500 moonstones through premium path unlocks
Once those were collected I had 7,720 moonstones.
Next I purchased 100 Pixar Coins for 1,600 moonstones which brought me down to 6,120 moonstones
Then I used those Pixar coins to spend 10 coins at a time to purchase x175 moonstones 10 times.
This brought me to my current moonstone total of 7,870 moonstones.
Using this glitch fix I was able to earn x150 moonstones.
The total cost of the star path at first appeared to be 1000 moonstones, but, I forgot to include the 500 free moonstones I previously collected while playing through the free version of the path. So, the actual total cost of the battlepass was 350 moon stones after fully completing it.

I was confused by it until I realized it was repeatable because the prices don't make sense unless you buy the first 10 and get the discount. I figured it's just a straight up way to dump your extra pixar balls if you bought the extra in the 4100 moonstone Premium Star Path package. So in the end, if you do all the challenges you basically just get a better deal on moonstones. I don't see it at any sort of glitch or bug, just kind of weird way to present it.
Yah, it really is a weird way to present it. When I didn’t have enough Pixar tokens to collect the final reward, I was really confused too.
When I bought the 100 Pixar balls, it did give a discount so it cost 1,600 moonstones. (Basically, replicated the 4,100 purchase)

OMG I didn't know you could buy the moonstone at the end multiple times that's why I was just going to call it a loss! I hope there's still time so I can go back and get it lol

The items we got were cool, but I’m still annoyed it doesn’t say collected in green on the moonstones and a green bar at the top of page 6 that says completed. Even more frustrating- there is still a red notification dot next to duties and on the event that I am unable to clear. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Shoutout again to Ellie_ACNH for helping me out with the math at the end: The total cost of the star path with all completed events is 350 moonstones, not 500.
I think page 6 is just there to use up Pixar balls if you have some left over after completing all the duties, and can't be "completed".
I just want a green bar that says "collected" like all the other items on the path! 😭
This was great!! Do you know if we can do the same for the Villains star path?
I was able to get multiple of the final item when I bought the 4000 moonstone expanded battle pass.

UPDATE: This did not work on the current festive star path
Imma try this on the current event because I've also seen this issue with every event since the Pixar pass. I started each subsequent event by purchasing the premium but haven't been able to collect the 6th tier.

Does the star path coin expire after the event? or does it roll over to the next event?
The star path tokens do expire. For example, I had a bunch of the star path balls from the Villainous path leftover, but when the Festive path started - it reset to zero.
Once you purchase your 10 doing this "glitch" are you able to repeat it¿ can you use moon stones & buy another round to do a total of 20¿ to increase another 150 moonstones¿
I'm not sure if you would still be profiting, the first 10 come at a discount on the coin purchase to 1600... wait i need to check! does that discount repeat?!
Okay, just double checked. Hold off on doing this, the first time we buy the 100 pixar balls it cost 1,600 moonstones. But, if we have already purchased them, the 100 pixar balls cost 2,000 moonstones. Sadly, repeating this method, we would lose money. I was hoping you were on to something BIG though, it was a good thought :)

If you got the 4000 moonstone premium you would have gotten 100 extra star coins to get extra of the last item
Yes!! I think it worked out so you got the 100 pixar tokens for 1,600 moonstones (the discounted priced that we got if we only purchased the base premium)

You have to click on the center section, it goes up 175 at a time.
If you rewatch the video from about 4 mins and 40 secs through the next minute you will see I got a bit confused on that part too, but it does work. Good luck, the event is about to end so hurry

Appears as though you are spot on, the new star path is shown the same way. I'm going to hold off on this spooky one and just claim the free moonstones for a net gain of 900 :)

@@MintyPlush love that. i paid for the more expensive premium this time around. im not sure but i think it works. would love to see the numbers again though because i forgot how much i started so how much will i net? i need to plan this better lololol. makes me excited for the next star path. i wonder if it will be xmas
