Honestly I was expecting this to be a lot more negative, but I'm happy with this. You showed that it's okay for people to have fun, even if it's not something you yourself would enjoy.
I’m working on the code, and will try to update this whenever I can. Description does read dog, but it seems to be random numbers. Ive tried using the numbers 4, 15 and 7 as a cypher, adding one to the number and finding its alphabetical counterpart, and then alternating to the next number, but that hasn’t brought up anything yet.
Edit: So it’s been solved, sorta. It was a vernam code with ‘dog’ as the key, credit to Munchblob for figuring that one out and getting the first line decoded. Also credit to Qbe Root, I believe they said the full decoded message first. It reads ‘YOU MUST USE ME AS A TOOL NOT AS A CRUTCH ONCE I AM LOST I AM NEVER FOUND AGAIN I AM MERWLY AN ILLUSION AND THE WISEST COUNSELLOR OF ALL TIME WHAT AM I?’. So it’s a riddle, which is a step forward.
Edit: The answer is time, credit to Munchblob again for figuring that one out. It’s probably in reference to muffin time.
From a quick glance I've noticed there are four numbers that appear on their own (7,4,12,15). If each number was to correlate to a letter it's possible those four numbers are: a, i, r and u
assuming it's a grammatically correct sentence, or we can likely assume that 2-3-1 at the start of the sequence is "THE" as not many common 3 letter words, work to begin sentences.
