Must See Costa Rica Waterfall - Nauyaca Falls

- In a country with countless breathtaking waterfalls, Nauyaka Falls may be the most majestic of all of them. The massively wide, 65 foot lower Nayaucas are topped just above by the 150-foot upper falls!
What amazing waterfalls!! And a ride on horseback?? Awesome...
Seriously fantastic....And the food! I'll have to post about that meal - hall of fame!

Wonderful adventure! (I was wondering how cold - or warm? - the water is? Is it fed 100% by rainfall?)
100 percent - this is the middle of the rainforest. The water isn't warm, but you can definitely swim in it - these rivers always have a bit of a brisk feel, but you get used to it quickly. Up by the volcanoes, though? Some of those rivers are downright HOT!
Puck, puck,puckack.............Chicken! You not jump after going all that way! Shame to miss the chance to jump into a waterfall. Four wheel drive for me these days as I am disabled.
No! I ain't jumping either, I would like to think I have a bit more sense these days! I used to swing way our across a gorge on an old steel rope swing, it was attacher to the limb of a beech tree and it didn't look much until I swung out!! OMG! Not only was it the height off the ground, but you also gained height as you swing out, I clung on for dear life. After I came back and landed and got over just how heigh it was, I did it again. Then I got splinters from the old steel cable in my hands and arm, so off to doctors to get them removed and a shot into my arm to stop blood poisoning and lock jaw. The things I did when I was a kid, I should not be here! No, I am not disabled due to anything I did as a kid!
I had a steel zipline in my backyard when I was a kid - it was crazy! I actually have swung out into waterfalls that high on a rope (my next video will show that), but honestly, you can't imagine what the power of those falls felt like up close. And with a kid back home? nae, man, I ain't no statistic. Maybe when I was young and dumb - lol!
