I live in Malaysia but I always looking forward to eat Tomyum in Thailand...recently I went to Hatyai and Satun to enjoy TomYum...they were delicious!!
@@ashahamid6470 I do love Tomyum but Curry and Assam Laksa are next level good. Many dishes with Chinese origin are similar too. Char Kuay teaw same as Pad Thai, Nasi ayam same as Khao Mon Gai, many similarities in cuisine.

Actually there are many "hidden" local food spots in Penang that Penangites don't share in social media or tell anyone because we don't want non-Penangites to throng the place. Deen Maju is one example of how it used to be only local Penangites that go there until one Canadian youtuber publicise it and make it too popular. Now, mostly local tourist will only queue at Deen Maju :(
