ABANDONED CHATEAU RESTORATION - Le Chateau de Nainville-les-Roches

A wealthy businessman bought the estate in the late 2000s, some reports state he is Russian, others say he is French. He purchased the site for €3.5 million, reportedly considered as an undervaluation. His plans were to turn the Chateau into a grand hotel. It is at this point it may have changed hands again as the chateau remained abandoned from 2012 until approximately 2020.
